Outlines Festival announces first names for 2017 edition
Outlines Festival, the younger sibling of Sheffield's annual multi-venue weekend Tramlines, has announced the first names for its second edition in 2017.
Australian psych-rockers Jagwar Ma are the first headliners to be unveiled, as they continue to tour their recent second album 'Every Now & Then' when they top the bill at the city's oldest live venue, The Leadmill. Featuring on the same stage will be a showcase of local favourites, including Slow Club and The Crookes, while Sheffield talent will be in strong force across the rest of the festival with the likes of Blood Sport, Nachthexen, Matic Mouth and more all playing hometown shows.
Veteran ska pioneers The Selecter play at the festival's largest venue, Plug, with hotly-tipped rappers Lady Leshurr and Nadia Rose amongst the newer wave of artists to look out for. The festival will take place over March 3rd & 4th, across a number of Sheffield venues: Plug, The Leadmill, Queens Social Club, The Harley and Bloc Projects.
